Rebecca Parry Mediator offers mediation packages to suit all family law matters. We offer parties a half day mediation package for $2,200 plus GST and a full day mediation package for $3,300 plus GST.
Your mediation can occur at our City office (with the benefit of no room hire fee), or alternatively we can travel to you. We are available for mediations throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Nationally Accredited Mediator
In 2015, Rebecca became a Nationally Accredited Mediator. She remains interested and committed to an alternative method of resolving disputes. Rebecca believes that a mediated solution provides certainty for each party and allows them an element of control over their agreement.
As a mediator, the facilitative method of mediation is implemented. Parties explore their concerns and issues, discuss solutions, leading to a resolution.

Additional fee for self-represented parties
- This additional expense is in circumstances where Rebecca usually assists the parties to draft up a heads of agreement and/or parenting plan to sign (time permitting)
Additional Time
- This additional hourly charge is time spent mediating outside the allocated hours
Issue Invitations for Family Dispute Resolution
- This fee includes issuing the invitation, sending follow ups and issuing the s60I Certificate (if necessary)
Child Inclusive Mediations - Intake Fees
- This fee is in addition to the full day or half day mediation fees
